I may update these terms when needed. If a change affects an active commission, I will send it to you first so you can review it.

Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you agree to these terms. They help keep the process clear and fair for both of us. If anything is confusing, please ask before paying or before work continues.
Revisions and Changes
Revisions are welcome during the commission process. Small changes are usually included, but repeated major changes after lineart may cost extra. If that happens, I will confirm the price with you first and work around your budget where possible.
Copyright and Usage
I may post finished commissions on my portfolio or social media to promote my work. I will not resell custom artwork that features characters I do not own.
You may use and share the finished artwork, provided you credit me as the original artist. Please do not edit, recolor, trace, or alter the piece without permission.
If you want to sell stickers using the artwork, please let me know so we can agree on it clearly. Selling the artwork as prints, posters, digital files, merchandise, or any other product requires my prior permission and may include an extra commercial-use fee.
Refunds and Cancellations
You can cancel a commission at any time. If I have not started, you can receive a full refund. If I have started but lineart has not been completed, you can receive a 75% refund.
Once lineart or more of the commission is complete, refunds are not available. Any completed progress up to the cancellation point can be sent to you, or deleted if you prefer.
Governing Law
If legal involvement is ever required, these terms are handled under Australian laws and regulations.
